Our Rates

Building work has many areas from basic painting to renovating a whole house.  Our rates for building work would need us to view the property and access the work that is involved.  We can either give a quote for the work which will include labour and material costs, or we can give you a material cost and work on a daily rate.

All days are based on a starting time of 8am and a finishing time of 4pm and include a 1 hour break in the day.

We understand that sometimes a full days work is not required.  Therefore, we do offer a half day (4 Hours) service at a cost of £95 for one person or £180 for two people.  This includes a 30 minute break in the half day.

On some occasions, we have been asked to do some extra hours to complete extra tasks.  Any hours over the standard day are charged at £30 per hour.

For any fuel based machinery that is heavily used on any day (Hedge Cutters, Chainsaw's, Mowers etc) there is a £5 fuel duty with the Silver and Gold Packages and a £10 fuel duty for the Bronze Package.  The Platinum Package voids fuel duty within fair usage which we consider to be £15 per day.
